El Sareei (Shahloul X Zareefa), 1942 Dahman Shahwan (Bint El Bahrain)
one of the head sires in El Zahraa under Tibor von Pettkó Szandtner (Photo Dr. Frielinghaus, until now unpublished)

El Sareei was a magnificent copper bay stallion and a great broodmare producer. His influential daughters are numerous:
Malacha (imported in utero of Moheba) founded the M-dynasty in Germany
Ramza (granddam of Ibn Safinaz)
Mogha (dam of Ibn Galal)
Zebeda (dam of Shaker El Masri and Rasheek)
Bint Kamla (dam of Shaaraawi and Nazeema) and many others.
El Sareei gave only one important son: Tuhotmos by Moniet El Nefous, head sire in El Zahraa and later exported into the U.S..
El Sareei had a full sister: Maisa, a fleebidden grey of worldwide importance through her daugter Bint Maisa El Saghira and her sons Madkour by Morafic in Germany and his full brother Ezz El Arab in Egypt.
Having this in mind you understand why in the Seidlitz breeding the grey Madkour Or. Ar. and the grey Maymoonah gave bay or chestnut children and grandchildren. An example is the mare Maareesa on the right.
